Diagnosis is $85. If you proceed with the repair, the diagnostic fee is waived.

The diagnostic fee is not a flat price for every repair. The repair total depends on the appliance, the fault found, the parts needed and the work involved.

Know the proposed work before you decide

Describe the problem when you request service. We diagnose the appliance and discuss the repair and its price before you decide to proceed. Mention built-in or stacked equipment, installation work and access limitations so we can discuss any job-specific requirements.

What if I decide not to repair it?

The $85 diagnostic fee applies when you do not proceed with the repair. You can use the diagnosis to consider the appliance’s condition and compare repair with replacement.
