Service request details are sent to our business inbox so we can respond. We do not include your name, phone number, email or problem description in our custom analytics events. Third-party services process data according to their own privacy policies.

ChatGPT Advertising Measurement

When measurement is allowed, we send OpenAI the event type, time, a random event identifier, our website origin or service-request page address, and an advertising click reference when available. Browser requests also make technical connection information, such as IP address, available to OpenAI. Our integration does not send service-request names, telephone numbers, email addresses, appliance descriptions, or SMS consent, including hashed versions of those fields. We use an image pixel rather than a script that reads form fields.

We store the advertising reference in a first-party cookie for up to 30 days and your measurement preference for up to one year. We honor Global Privacy Control for this integration. You can turn it off below; service requests continue to work. Our server events opt out of future user-level personalization.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only with service providers who assist us in operating our business (e.g., scheduling tools, communication platforms) and as required by law.

Text Messaging

If you provide your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we use it to send you service-related SMS about your appointment, estimate and payment: for example, that a technician is on the way, a link to review and approve your estimate, or confirmation that a payment was received.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and you can reply HELP for assistance.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your mobile number and your consent to receive text messages are never shared with or sold to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
