About OK Appliance Repair

Help with household appliance problems

Founded in 2023, OK Appliance Repair works with homeowners in the Charlotte area who need help with refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers and cooking appliances. We also accept inquiries about freezers, ice makers, garbage disposals and range hoods. Service availability depends on the appliance model and location.

We are an independent service company. Brand names on this website identify the appliances customers ask about; they do not indicate manufacturer affiliation or authorization.

How to request a visit

1. Call or use the service request form. Include your ZIP code, appliance brand and model number.
2. Describe the symptom and any displayed error code. Mention leaks, unusual noise or a previous repair.
3. Confirm appointment availability. Diagnosis is $85, waived if you proceed with repair.
4. Review the diagnosis, proposed work, price and applicable warranty before authorizing a repair.
